TERA's Expanded Stakeholder Engagement Service
TERA is pleased to announce the integration of Fulcrum Strategic Consulting's (Fulcrum's) Stakeholder Engagement and Policy Development operations into TERA's suite of environmental consulting services. Effective June 1, 2011, TERA's new Stakeholder Engagement team, comprising of TERA staff and Fulcrum's former team, began providing the new services to complement TERA's existing Stakeholder Engagement services.
TERA's clients will immediately benefit from Fulcrum's former team's established expertise in providing strategic public consultation, Aboriginal engagement, communication and regulatory support to clients in project development environments characterized by high perceived risk and low stakeholder trust. In addition to the core skill set in stakeholder engagement, integrating Fulcrum's services also adds value through extensive expertise in policy development and regulatory reform for natural resource industries at all levels of government.
This Stakeholder Engagement service integration into TERA's operations will enable TERA provide its clients with a wider range of services including: strategic engagement program design; landowner, resident and stakeholder notification and consultation; project communications; facilitation of multi-stakeholder groups, and design and execution of open houses.
We believe this is a positive move in providing our clients with higher quality service and we commit to maintaining the quality and service our clients have come to expect from TERA.
