The Project involves the construction of approximately 419 km of NPS 12 pipeline. The pipeline will transport high vapour pressure synthetic hydrocarbon liquids from the Williams Liquid Extraction Plant located in NE 12-92-10 W4M north of Fort McMurray, to the Williams Redwater Olefins Fractionation Plant located in NE 1-56-224 WM. TERA provided environmental project management services for the project, including preparing Conservation and Reclamation Applications and Environmental Field Reports. TERA has contributed environmental expertise during public consultation with regulatory agencies, landowners and First Nations as well as the Alberta Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) Appropriate Dispute Resolution sessions and hearing preparation activities. TERA is also providing support during the construction and post-construction phases, including environmental inspection and post-construction monitoring activities. |
