Expert Witness Testimony
All environmental reports produced by TERA are subject to regulatory and public review. Some of TERA's projects are eventually subject to a public hearing where we are asked by our clients to provide expert witnesses to defend our environmental studies. In addition to having participated as qualified environmental professionals in BC EAO and CEAA working groups, our personnel have successfully defended our work at a number of regulatory hearings under the auspices of:
- Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (CEAA)
- National Energy Board (NEB)
- Alberta Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB)
- BC Utilities Commission (BCUC)
- Alberta Subdivision Appeal Board (ASAB)
- California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC)
- Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC)
